It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of a truly unique soul, William L. Pope Jr., 37, fondly known as BJ, who departed from us on January 7, 2026. Born on December 8, 1988, in Panama City Beach, FL, BJ spent his life making an indelible mark on the hearts and lives of those around him.

A laborer by trade, his occupation was just a fraction of who BJ was as a person. He was a beacon of light in our lives, a man of exceptional strength and resilience. His captivating spirit and infectious laughter will be remembered by all who knew him.

BJ is survived by his cousin, Kimberly Hartford, of St. Stephen, NB. He now joins his father, William Pope Sr., mother Donna (Soucie) Carter, and his brother Shayne Pope in eternal rest.

As we bid farewell to our dear BJ, we remember not just the finality of his life, but celebrate the joy, vibrancy, and love he brought into the world. His memory will forever be engraved in our hearts, and his legacy will live on through the lives he touched.
