Lubec & Peterborough, NH – Vivian M. Tinker, 92, passed away Thursday, March 21, 2019 at Pheasant Wood Center in Peterborough, NH. Vivian was born in Lubec on August 28, 1926, daughter of Henry and Florence (Moores) Guthrie.

Vivian attended schools in Lubec and married Sanford Tinker. While living in Lubec, she was a member of the Lubec Christian Temple Church. After the passing of Sanford, Vivian moved to New Hampshire to be closer to her daughter Anna.

In addition to her parents, Vivian was predeceased by her beloved husband Sanford; two brothers, Clifford Guthrie and Gleason Guthrie; and two sisters, Jennie Biggs and Daisy Sunn. Surviving are her daughter Anna Silva of Exeter, NH; grandson Wayne Silva and wife Crystal of Manchester, NH; two great-grandsons, Vincent and Aaron; a brother Douglas Guthrie; and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held 10:00 a.m. Thursday, April 4, 2019 at Olson Cemetery in Lubec. Arrangements by Mays Funeral Home, Calais & Eastport.
