Victor married the love of his life, Sharron S. Hendon from Ontario, California, on March 23, 1959, in Jonesport, Maine, in the same house that he was born in and is still in the family. Next, week they would have been married for 65 years!

He received the promise of an eternal life with the Lord and is now experiencing it for himself. Victor was baptized in water and in the Spirit fulfilling the direction given in Gospel of St John 3:3-5 and the example of Jesus himself. He attended Cherryfield Pentecostal Church for many years and most recently, while in the Maine Veterans Home in Machias, Maine, he and Sharron were faithful members of Apostolic Grace Fellowship in Fremont, Nebraska.
