Tyson Earl MacArthur of Princeton, ME age 34 born on June 30th, 1987, in St Stephen New Brunswick, passed away Saturday, September 4, 2021. Survived by his Wife Lauren Smith MacArthur of Troy, ME ; Children Angel Joyce MacArthur, Rose Mary MacArthur and Step Son Tyson Marr ; Mother Tonya Dickey, Father Creston MacArthur and Spouse Jodi McLaughlin; Sister Veronica MacArthur and Spouse Kyle Pike, Sister Emily MacArthur ; Niece Lilyanne Pike ; Nephew Wesley Pike ; Maternal Grandmother Sheila Gould ; Paternal Grandparents Ronnie and Patricia MacArthur ; Maternal Grandparents Herbert and Brenda Dickey along with many other loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Growing up Tyson enjoyed attending basketball summer camps at the university of Maine in Orono, riding his four-wheeler with all of his friends and camping trips with the family. He grew a lifelong passion for playing the drums and guitar which he loved playing for his family, especially his daughters. Tyson was good at everything he set his mind to. As he grew older one of his most prized accomplishments was becoming a father to his 2 beautiful Daughters Angel and Rosie who he loved dearly. He also was pretty proud of becoming an uncle. Tyson was an expert gardener and loved spending time outdoors. He was a carpenter by trade and was so proud of the 2 log cabins he most recently built by hand. Tyson was born with a soft spot for animals which he inherited from his grandfather John. He held all of the family pets close to his heart. Tyson was a Christian at heart who enjoyed reading the Bible and praying with his family and was always stressing the importance of God to those closest to him. Tyson and his wife Lauren were recently Baptized together at the Bangor Rock Church.

Tyson was predeceased by his closest family members, Maternal Grandfather John Argraves, Maternal Great Grandfather Earl Gould, Paternal Great Grandmother Hortense McDonough (Nana), his Great Aunt Cindy “Gould” Jordan, Uncle Jay MacArthur, Cousin / Best Friend Daniel Dewelly and Cousin Jayson Cehfus along with many other close relatives including a very close friend Andrew Dow.

A graveside service will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, September 11, 2021 at Princeton Cemetery, West St., Princeton, followed by a gathering in his honor at the Princeton Rod n Gun Club. Arrangements by Mays Funeral Home, Calais & Eastport.
