Calais – Robert Dean Walker, 49, passed away Monday, January 24, 2022 at his home following a courageous multi-year battle with cancer. Robb was born in Lincoln on November 15, 1972.
Robb grew up in Wilton and attended Mt. Blue High School. He worked various jobs and eventually worked for an asbestos removal company. Robb moved to Long Beach, CA with his mother but they eventually returned to Maine wanting to be close to family. After returning to Maine, Robb was diagnosed with cancer in his late 20’s due to his work with asbestos. Robb loved spending time with his family and enjoyed playing computer games.
Robb was predeceased by his mother Deborah (McGrane) Walker; and his faithful canine companion Lightening. Surviving are his siblings, David Walker of Calais, and Tanya Flohr and husband Butch of Auburn; a niece Natasha; two nephews Will and Dakota; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
In keeping with Robb’s wishes, there will be no services. Arrangements by Mays Funeral Home, Calais & Eastport.
