Remiel Rose Marie Dana was born sleeping on Saturday, June 25, 2023, at Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor.

Surviving are Remiel’s parents, Nathaniel Dana and Ashley Stevens; two sisters, Taylor and Trezure; seven brothers, Ashton, Heiden, Nate, Aiden, Moses, Josiah, and King; paternal grandmother Tina Dana; paternal grandfather Martin Dana and wife Marla; and many aunts and uncles.

Visitation will begin 1 p.m. Thursday, June 29, 2023, at 50 Wolf Ave, Indian Township, until 8 a.m. Saturday, July 1. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Father Brad Morin 9 a.m. Saturday, July 1, at St. Ann Church, Peter Dana Point. Burial will follow in the Tribal Cemetery. Arrangements by Mays Funeral Home, Calais & Eastport.
