Kathi L. Wolcott, 67, passed away Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at her home surrounded by family. Kathi was born in Flatbush, Brooklyn, NY, on March 19, 1957, daughter of John Prime and Shirlene (Reid) Bartleson.
Kathi attended school at Shead High School in Eastport. With her father serving in the Navy, Kathi moved to Florida. She earned her degree in Horticulture and soon returned to Maine where she met her future husband, Robert Wolcott. They were united in marriage in 1991 and eventually settled in Dennysville. Kathi loved bird watching and was a gifted jewelry maker.
In addition to her parents, John and Shirlene, Kathi was predeceased by her sister, Brenda Prine. Surviving are her husband Robert Wolcott; three children, Jerald, Jessie, and Julie; brother-in-law Doug Wolcott; sister-in-law Ursula Taylor; and several nieces and nephews.
In keeping with Kathi’s wishes, there will be no services. Arrangements by Mays Funeral Home, Calais & Eastport.
