Gail Denise Hatt, 68, passed away Friday, June 23, 2023, at Maine Medical Center in Portland.  Gail was born in St. Stephen, NB, on November 4, 1954, daughter of John and Bertha (Gower) Hatt.

Gail graduated from Woodland High School, Class of 1974.  She loved helping others and would always go out of her way to help those in need, no matter the day or time.  Gail became the caregiver for her parents, and her companion Gary Higgins.  She enjoyed jigsaw puzzles, and was an avid reader, especially romance novels. 

In addition to her parents, Gail was predeceased by her companion Garry Higgins; brother Richard Hatt; and a niece, Tracy Hatt.  Surviving are her siblings, Brenda Williams, Raymond Hatt and wife Kim, and Michael Hatt, all of Princeton, and her twin brother Gary Hatt and wife Lindy of Alexander; numerous nieces and nephews; and her life-long friend Julia Burgess.
