Frances Marie Rodgers, 76, passed away Saturday, October 21, 2023, surrounded by family at Calais Community Hospital.  Frances was born in Upper Mills, NB, on March 29, 1947, daughter of Donald and Mabel (McCray) Kelley.

Frances graduated from Calais Memorial High School, Class of 1965.  She worked at Ware Knitters, Calais IGA, Ames Department Store for over 20 years, and Johnson’s Hardware while also being the janitor for the Calais Police Department.  Frances was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and the Spednic Club.  She enjoyed playing Bingo, riding her Honda Rebel motorcycle, and loved spending time with her family.

Frances was predeceased by her parents Donald and Mabel Kelley; and two infant sisters.  Surviving are her two children, Donald Rodgers of Baring Plantation, and Kellie Randall and husband David of Baileyville; grandson Jacob Randall; great-grandson Braxton Randall; sister Terry McKeown of Bath; nieces Brandy and Toni; special cousin Beth Daigle; and a special friend, Amanda Ward.
