Elaine Marie Lamb, 79, of Calais, Maine, passed away peacefully on June 10, 2026, at Calais Community Hospital. Born on December 14, 1946, in Eastport, Maine, she was the daughter of Burton and Agnes (Farris) Morgan. 

In her early years, Elaine ventured to Florida, where she embraced life with a warm smile and a welcoming spirit. After her retirement, she chose to return to her roots in Maine, where she found joy in the simple pleasures of life, including coloring and word searches.

Elaine's memory will forever be held dear by her 3 daughters..Alice Hamilton Joan Duffy and Karen Roberts, 7 grandchildren, two sisters, Joan Morgan and Lillian Pepper, as well as her many cousins, including Donna Jamieson and Lisa Farris. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her two beloved brothers, Dennis and Robert.

A graveside service to celebrate Elaine's life will be held on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Forest Hill Cemetery in Pembroke. Arrangements are being handled by Mays Funeral Home & Cremation Services. Condolences, memories, and photographs may be shared at www.MaysFuneralHome.com.
