Obituary for Lucille Mary Moore

Indian Township – Lucille Mary Moore, 60, died Wednesday, August 31, 2005 at a Calais hospital surrounded by her family and friends. Lucille was born December 26, 1944 at Peter Dana Point, daughter of the late Horace and Mary (Tomah) Lola. She was employed as a cook for the Elderly Feeding Program and later as a custodian for Beatrice Rafferty School. Lucille was predeceased by her eldest son, Raymond “Dickie” Lola and two sisters, Philomene Dana and Mary Lou Tomah. She is survived by her husband, Andrew Moore Sr. of Pleasant Point; her children, Elizabeth “Maggie” Dana and husband Darrin, Andrew Dana Jr., Peter Neptune Jr. and his daughter, Hailey Neptune, Frances “Blunce” Neptune, Marie Socabasin, Shawn Picard and Ryan Smith; her sisters, Pauline Neptune and husband Noel , Helen Zilinski and husband Adam, Anna Harnois, Mary Teresa Downing, Stella Neptune, Susie Mancilla, Marjorie LaCoote, Elaine Sappier; special friends Victoria Boston and Nora Deshane, a brother, Lloyd Nicholas and special friends, the Nicholas family in Tobique, NB; many nieces and nephews; and her two canine friends, Jibba and Koda. Friends may call at the home of Mary Teresa Downing, 470 Peter Dana Point Rd., Indian Township until Monday, 10:00 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, 11 a.m. at St. Anne’s Mission, Peter Dana Point with the Rev. Frank Morin Celebrant. Burial will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Mays Funeral Home, Calais.
